Model Behavior

See it ... walk through it ... now experience it furnished. Sconset Village’s two model homes are open, so you can better visualize what it would be like to live in this charming neighborhood. The homes’ outdoor living spaces are fully decorated as well.

The two model homes, The Hadwin and The Hawthorne, represent two of Sconset Village’s five floor plans, all designed by Meyer-Greeson-Paullin.

But, the choices don’t stop there ...

A professional design consultant from Simonini’s Design Studio will assist home buyers with interior and exterior selections. Exclusions include lighting, closet storage systems and landscaping.

Seeing is believing. To schedule a tour of the model homes, drop by The Point sales center or call (704) 663-3030.

Under the Boardwalk

You no longer have to travel to the coast to enjoy a waterfront boardwalk. Sconset Village recently opened its own boardwalk, which stretches along Lake Norman’s scenic shore.

A convenient pathway leads to the boardwalk, and it will be the place for exercising, rejuvenating, unwinding and meeting your neighbors.
