A Love Story
"When we discovered Lake Norman and its surrounding
area, the search was significantly narrowed by the requirement
for a gated community. My husband visited Sconset Village and was
so taken with its location (near the lake and quite peaceful),
architecture (very unique and high quality) and the overall neighborhood,
that he had me come down from Washington, D.C. within a couple
of days. I, too, loved Sconset Village for the same reasons that
my husband did. So, three hours later, I headed back to the D.C.
area excited about living in such a beautiful home. It will be
