The Point is on Parade!
The annual Parade of Homes tour, produced by the Lake Norman Home Builders Association, features homes in The Point. Visitors can tour the new homes during the first three weekends in June.

With a full-time activities director, three swimming pools and a 30-foot water slide, kids at The Point have plenty to do during the summer. But if they are looking for even more fun and fitness, swim team is the answer! The Point’s champion swim team, The Piranhas, has started for another season full of hard work and fun with friends. Students Plant Shrubs

Planting Partners Beautifies Brawley Middle School
On April 25, Crescent Communities representatives, in partnership with American Environmental Control and Landscaping, worked with Brawley Middle School students to beautify the campus with new landscaping. The event also included an environmental education class. Since Crescent’s Planting Partners program’s inception in 2001, Crescent has donated more than $60,000 in trees and shrubs to local schools.
